1. General Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Revolveyxe, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The item should be in its original condition, with all tags attached, and not show any signs of wear, washing, or damage.
- You need to provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.
2. Refund Process
- Initiating the Return: To start the refund process, please send an email to service@revolveyxe.com. In the email, include your order number, the reason for the return, and a clear description of the item you wish to return.
- Return Shipping: Once we receive your email, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. For domestic returns, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label. International customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Inspection and Refund: After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund criteria. If the item is in satisfactory condition, we will process the refund. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but it typically takes 3 - 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Exchange Policy
Yes, we offer exchanges for eligible items. To exchange an item:
- Contact Us First: Send an email to service@revolveyxe.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Include your order number, the item you want to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Also, specify the size, color, or style of the replacement item you desire.
- Return the Original Item: Follow the return instructions provided in the email. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and if it meets our criteria, we will ship out the replacement item to you. Please note that exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired item. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will notify you and you can choose to receive a refund instead.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or has a defect, please contact us immediately at
service@revolveyxe.com. Include your order number, a detailed description of the damage or defect, and attach clear photos of the affected area. We will assess the situation and provide you with a solution, which may include:
- Exchange: If the damaged or defective item is in stock, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you as soon as possible. We will also provide you with a prepaid return label to send back the original item.
- Refund: If the item is not available for exchange, or if you prefer a refund, we will process a full refund for the item. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please do not attempt to return damaged or defective items without prior authorization from our customer service team.
