3. Customs and Duties

Revolveyxe is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

4. Shipping Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the order status and tracking information by logging into your account on our website.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. Revolveyxe is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.

6. Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, customs delays, or peak shopping seasons. 7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable by the courier and is returned to us, we will notify you via email. You can choose to have the package re-shipped (you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee) or receive a refund (excluding the original shipping fee).
